1. Eligible Returns (Within 30 Days of Receipt)
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item has a quality issue
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item is significantly different from the description
- You received the wrong item
Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product and include photos or videos for verification.
2. Non-Quality Returns
We also accept returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong order, no longer needed):
- The item must be unused and in new condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Contact us within 30 days
Shipping Cost:
- For personal-reason returns → the customer is responsible for return shipping
- We will assist in providing the best available return shipping option and address
3. Refund Method & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.
4. Undelivered Packages
We will refund or reship if:
- Tracking shows no updates for an extended period
- The package is lost in transit
- Customs clearance fails for reasons not caused by the customer
- Delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by us
Customer-responsible situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Items restricted by local import laws (we will inform you beforehand)
